SpamAssassin - The TxRep - Reputation Plugin

As a server administrator I would like cPanel to include the SpamAssassin TxRep Plugin in the cPanel-provided release of SpamAssassin, so that I don't have to add it in later and so that my users have easy way to manage whitelist and blacklist, and can manage their email easily.
I like this idea
