cPanel & WHM mangment of SMTP Banner for Dedicated IP Accounts

When sending email from dedicated IPs the /etc/mailips and /etc/mailhelo files are managed by cPanel but not the smtp_banner which requires additional configuration of Exim. This post (https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/easy-fix-your-smtp-banner-smtp-greeting-and-reverse-dns-for-dedicated-ips.391311/#post-1577792) explains how to accomplish that and should be included as the default configuration.
