Site Publisher Template description End User UI

I suggest adding a template description field in the meta.json file that would show up when the user would select the template.


The description could be anything up to 400 words and could include a description and instruction on how to properly fill up the template (EX, how to get your Google map URL).


The ability add basic HTML tag could also be practical in this feature (EX: <UL>, <I>, <B>)
