Set default email routing for parked and add-on domain

As a cPanel user, I would like the ability to add a setting to default the email routing for parked or add-on domains to the domains they are parked to so that I’m able to use mail filters while MX records are set to an external host.

My feature request would be to add a default setting so domains that we park or add-on would use the same EMAIL ROUTING than the domain it's parked on.

Why? Because I'm using mail filters in front of my WHM's so all the MX are set to an external host.

When I create an account, I always set WHM to use EMAIL ROUTING = LOCAL (when mailboxes are hosted on this WHM).

But when I do a transfer WHM to WHM transfer (server migration), on the destination server all the domains that where parked/add-on receive a setting EMAIL ROUTING=AUTOMATIC(REMOTE) since the new server is detecting that MX are outside. After that, WHM refuse to receive email for this addon domain and I have to manually find them to set EMAIL ROUTING=LOCAL.
