Server Wide Spam Email Blocking using Exim and PCRE

As a WHM Administrator, I would like to have a system in place to set lists of wildcard (and normal) email addresses to block from all accounts on the server so that spam-sending domains can be easily blocked from all server accounts rather than simply individual accounts. This would be a great help in reducing spam appearances in customer's mailboxes.

This can be done currently with settings in the Exim program, but this is delicate and prone to error and issues.

A WHM interface (just like the SpamAssassin account-level interface) for setting domains and [incoming] email parts to be ignored by the server would be a great GREAT help.

Such as:

Ignore emails that:

*@horsesdongs.co.uk --- No incoming emails from this domain are delivered.

*@*edu.icu --- No incoming emails from any domain name ending in "edu.icu" are delivered.

massiveweenie --- No incoming emails containing this string in their from address are delivered.
