Send end-user web usage stats in HTML / PDF monthly

I want cPanel send end-user usage stat in HTML or PDF format on monthly basis to the owner of cPanel account instead of manually access to the cPanel stat interface. Of course, it has to have an option to on or off by default. This feature will hugely improve our relationship. Right now, more than 50% of our customers, do not get any email from us except EDM. And we have nothing to talk w/ them until renewal coming in another year. Keep communicate to end-user on monthly basis through usage stat will fulfill this issue.
