Security Advisor; permissions.pm improvement

As a server administrator I would like cPanel's Security Advisor to make recommendations that lead the user away from confusion and toward a more secure server. To that end, I'd like to see the following adjustment made:

permissions.pm - Only /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow are being checked for correct permissions, while these are arguably the two most important files, I would like to see cPanel allow the expansion of this check to additional files and folders that would be configurable, allowing me to check additional files and folders as I see fit.
