Security Advisor; clamav.pm improvement

As a server administrator I would like cPanel's Security Advisor to make recommendations that lead the user away from confusion and toward a more secure server. To that end, I'd like to see the following adjustment made:

clamav.pm - This checks to make sure that clamav is installed, but does nothing to verify whether it's configured to take any actions, causing confusion later on if ClamAV doesn't catch things. I would like cPanel to check to see if ClamAV is configured to run any scans, and alert accordingly. Hooking into the existing request of adding ClamAV configuration to WHM would likely make this easier.
