Same domain failures and defers

As a systems administrator, I would like the ability to exclude internal email failures and defers so that users who mail each other on the same account and/or server (as an option) are not blocked. Only failures/defers to remote servers are counted and blocked in order to protect our IP sender score.

We restrict max failures/defers per hour to protect our ip reputation now that these are counted towards the senderscore.

However, there are times when users have been blocked and we found that the failures were triggered internally. One user on the same domain emailing another who's mailbox was full.

This then blocks all email. Internal failures do not affect external ip reputation, so Cpanel should give us an option to only count failures to other domains, not other users on the same account.
