Roundcube: Managesieve (filtering) installed by default

Hello,


As a cPanel User, I'd would to have installed plugin Managesieve by default in Roundcube, so that mail is filtered into rules and multiple headers (e.g. "To" + "CC") can be grouped with the "..." directive into a single rule and be configured in the web-frontend.
