Rollback Feature for transfer tool

As a server administrator I would like to have the option to Rollback transfers that were completed using the express option in the transfer tool, allowing me to quickly revert changes made by the transfer tool for those accounts. This would be nice for normal transfers as well, but is most critically needed for express transfers.
