Resume bacukp to move files to remote destination

A couple days ago our remote server was briefly unreachable, deactivating all backups remote destination and keeping backups in our servers.

We think could be a nice feature to be able to resume a backup transfer, since we had to manually move hundreds of files to remote destination and remove local files.

Could be a double feature, also re-enable remote destination and move local backups to remote destination if "remove local" is checked.

I also posted a feature request to have user account level config for backups.

I'm very happy with new backups system but think it could be even better
