Responsive/Mobile Friendly File Manager

With the addition of Paper Lantern as a theme, I find it rather frustrating that File Manager isn't a mobile friendly solution.

I often get a request from a client to quickly change a setting or some text on their website and if I am out or am unable to use my computer due to some reason I am often trying to use File Manager on my phone to make those quick changes however I find it very difficult and I am often unable to make the change in the end due to the text/code editors not working well on mobiles. It is often also difficult browsing through directories on mobile.

If you could please make it so that mobile devices can can fully manage files with greater ease then at the moment that would be appreciated.
