reseller spam white list to accounts

As a systems administrator, I would like a global option for the SpamAssassin whitelist tool for Resellers so that they can add to the whitelist across all or selected of their accounts.

It would be great if the reseller from WHM can add spam whitelist globally and centrally to all or selected accounts.
