Reseller Modification Hook

As a hosting provider, I would like a pre- and post- hook around Reseller::* (Reseller::creat, Reseller::modify ), to allow me to manage additional configuration for my resellers.

I want a Reseller Creation/Modification Hook, so that intercept and manage additional parameters to reseller.

It's needs to check parameters from API in pre stage and manage additional CloudLinux parameters in post stage.

Exist whostmgr hooks for account (Accounts::*) don't work for reseller account.
