Replace / change IPv6 in transfer tool

As a webhosting provider I would like the transfer tool to retain IPv6 settings when transferring between servers in an intelligent way, so that accounts that had IPv6 enabled on a remote server will retain that setting and get a new IPv6 address (similar to how it handles IPv4 addresses currently), unless the new server doesn't support IPv6 (in which case IPv6 should be disabled on the account).
