Remove the hardcoded Bind template from /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/rebuilddnsconfig

The Bind template for named.conf is hardcoded into /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/rebuilddnsconfig (at the end of the file). It should be moved elsewhere so it can be customized and edited per clients needs.
