Remove Disabled Items from User cPanel

If the package option "Max Addon Domains" is set to 0 (zero), the option for Addon Domains should be removed from the user's cPanel. Currently, the Addon Domains option still appears in the user's cPanel. The user can still attempt to add a domain, and is only displayed an error after their add attempt is unsuccessful.

This same can be said of Mail... If the package option "Max Email Accounts" is set to 0 (zero), all the Mail options should be removed from the user's cPanel...
