Remote MySQL per user basis

We would like the aiblity to assign capability remote MySQL per user basis based on the feature list, currently it's not possible and if MySQL checklist disabled it would disallow mysql + remotesql at the same time.


We don't want to make this feature widely use due to security concern though.
