PHP-FPM configs moved/symlinked to /etc/php-fpm and /var/log/php-fpm/

As a webhosting provider, we would like to see the PHP-FPM configuration files and logs moved to a centralized location, possibly with symlinks.

Currently the configurations are spread out quite a bit:

/var/cpanel/ApachePHPFPM/

/opt/cpanel/ea-php##/root/etc/php-fpm.d/

/var/cpanel/userdata/[user]/[domain].php-fpm.yaml

/opt/cpanel/ea-php##/root/usr/var/log/php-fpm/error.log

Having those centralized in /etc/php-fpm and /var/log/php-fpm would make administering php-fpm much easier, simpler, and especially in the case of the logs involve much less typing.
