Password rotation for cPanel and email accounts

As a System Administrator, I would like to be able to require specific users to reset their passwords on a timeline for better account security.

In many systems you are prompted to change your password every 30/60/90 days. This would be a great tool for admins that want additional security for user passwords. This should also have verification so you can't just use password, then password1, password2, etc., with each new password. The option to apply this to all cPanel users or only certain accounts, and also email accounts, would be beneficial as well.
