Paper Lantern - Move Change Style Link

The change style link is hidden in a drop down by clicking the user namein the upper right hand corner of the screen. Maybe that can be moved to be a combo box similar to the change theme combo. MUCH easier for people to find and use. In fact all of the functionality that is hidden in the user name click needs to be moved to be more visable.
