Paper Lantern - Allow Multiple Branding Options

Provide a way for us to add multiple branded styles in the manner that X3 did. In the current PL set up we can only change a VERY VERY few extremely limited parameters of the 'basic' style whereas in X3 we could completely brand the UI with multiple choices for our end users. We need to be able to do this with PL as well.
