Overall Server Bandwidth Tracking and Notification

As a cPanel Systems Administration, I would like to be able to input the amount of bandwidth allocated to my server as a whole (e.g., 10TBs), and get a notification when I am close to reaching that amount, so that I do not end up paying large amounts of overage fees to my data center / provider.

This could be implemented similarly to current bandwidth notifications where certain threshold percentages get an email notification to the administrator of the server.
