Optional joke of the day/inspirational quote feature

Like the "news" section of cPanel, root and resellers should be able to enable an optional "inspirational quotes" or "joke of the day" feature submitted by cPanel staff.
I like this idea

You could add that yourself in the custom header! Personally I do not like that sort of thing but I know a lot of people do. I see no issue with it being added as long as it is an optional thing that has ZERO impact on the UI for those how choose not to use it.
