Option in WHM to turn on mod_deflate ("Optimize Website") for all accounts

The ability to activate mod_deflate on all accounts (existing and new) in WHM is very relevant for servers that have plenty of CPU, but lack bandwidth. When transferring new accounts to a server, or installing mod_deflate to an existing server, we currently have to log in to each cPanel account manually, which is a lengthy process.

Ideally, there would be an option to select accounts via checkbox (so we could select all, or ignore a few if necessary), then activate mod_deflate for those accounts in one submission.
