Notification on change of WHM root password

As a Systems Administrator, I would like to be auto-notified if the WHM root password is changed.

Included in such a notification would be any available additional information, such as time, IP address, etc. that might help me identify who might have changed it.

The benefits will be

1. An alert/log that this actually happened.

2. To help to understand whether the change was authorised, or malicious.

Currently if I login into the Notifications tab of the Contact Manager, I can see that there's an option to send an alert if a cPanel password changes, but I can't see anything that would send an alert if the root pword is changed.
