No API parameter available for "Express Transfer"

In WHM >> "Transfer Tool" there is option called "Express Transfer" which performs a series of operations. However, this is not available if we try to perform this via whmapi1 or json-api. I think this should be included as well considering that both WHM and API should have same options and features.
