Move SOA record management to Advanced Zone Editor

With this would be lot easier to set the proper settings for SOA, you would not need to use WHM that is restricted (inaccessible for users) with some hosting providers anyway.

Currently I need to requested the SOA change through support tickets - very cumbersome.
