Migrate portions of accounts

As a server administrator I would like a way to migrate pieces of accounts (ie: just email accounts, or just web data, or just MySQL data), from any cPanel or 3rd party control panel to an existing cPanel account. This would significantly help to streamline multi-day account migrations, and also be helpful when migrating between the planned apache-only, email-only or mysql-only cPanel servers.
