Merge "SSL/TLS" and "SSL/TLS Status" pages

As a web hosting provider, I would like to merge the "SSL/TLS" and "SSL/TLS Status" pages in cPanel into a single page so that the cPanel interface is simplified and there are less icons for a new user to choose from. In the same way that the new "Zone Editor" page is replacing the old "Simple Zone Editor" and "Advanced Zone Editor" pages.
