List daily CPU use in cPanel

As a Web-Hosting Provider, I would like the daily CPU use to be listed in cPanel like it is in the WHM daily process log so that users can track their CPU use and avoid suspension for overloading the CPU.

With more websites increasing CPU use, we would like to have customers be able to see their CPU use in the cPanel to know if the account is overloading in the statistics section.

Ideally, it would turn red if over a limit set per plan and email them. Also if it overloads, a certain amount of days in a row, the account could be auto-suspended with an auto-email message saying the account has overloaded.

The same CPU use you can see from WHM in the daily process log.

A simple version would be to just have the CPU use shown in the statistics section.
