IP blocker needs unblocked

As a Systems Administrator, I would like the IP Blocker utility to check the user’s IP address to prevent the tool from erroneously blocking the system admin’s IP address.

There should also be an IP UNblocker for removing incorrectly (or no longer needed to be blocked) IP addresses.

IP blocker very nicely updates ALL subdomains .htaccess files.

If an address is accidentally entered (see suggestion regarding self blocking) or there is a change of heart, it is necessary to manually edit all .htaccess files previously effected.
