Interface to restart services alerted by Security Advisor

As a System Administrator, I would like to see an interface to restart services when Security Advisor points out services that needs restarting. Right now, it only shows the processes ID but not the actually process name. Moreover, the process name is not that intuitive (e.g., dnsadmin, cpsrvd), so it's not immediately obvious how to restart it.

This is related to this but why don't we make it even more easier for the admins by making an interface to restart those services inside Security Advisor or a in separate area.
