Convert Addon Domain to cPanel Account without Root

As a reseller, I'd like to be able to transfer an addon domain that I am the reseller for to it's own cPanel account and have it owned by the reseller (not root).

The conversion tool to convert addon domains to their own cPanel account was completed in 58. There is a security implication that only allows the root user to Preserve Account Ownership.

1. Preserve Account Ownership
2. Select this checkbox to ensure that the reseller account that owned the addon domain will also own the new account.
3. NOTE: This option is only available to root users.

This has the effect that resellers can't set the extracted addon domain's new account to themselves. The new cPanel accounts will be owned by "root", which is undesirable.
