Improve the "Common Mail Providers" part of the Greylisting with European mail providers?

As a cPanel user, I would like more of the large-scale European mail providers added to the “Common Mail Providers” part of Greylisting so that there is more of a global presence there instead of a mainly American one.

The "Common Mail Providers" part of the Greylisting is great but it is seen with American eyes and there are lots of big European mail providers that are missing from the list and not benefitting from this.

Each server admin can insert them manually but why not have this globally improved for the benefit of all?

Can this be improved so European mail providers are also included more and more?
