Improve system messages about KernelCare

As a System Administrator, I would like the cPanel Security Advisor to check whether the KernelCare free patchset is available for the current kernel before recommending installing it.


When I clicked the link to enable KernelCare,I got a message that "KernelCare was installed, but could not enable the free patch set." When I opened a ticket, cPanel support said it is because the patchset isn't available yet for this kernel version. If the Security Advisor checked this, it would have saved cPanel support from having to deal with it.
