Improve Mail Queue Manager Interface - Especially in the search context

It's confusing that when the mail queue is filtered, the delete all and deliver all buttons still apply to the whole mail queue not just to those mails that are shown. It becomes unclear which "ALL" is being referred to.

I would suggest that the delete all, and deliver all buttons when clicked in the search context pop up a message that says (in the delete case):"To delete all the messages in your search results, select them all and then choose delete.
