Implement proper HTML input attributes to enhance mobility usability

As a cPanel User, System Administrator, I would like HTML input fields attributed properly so that mobile users can more easily enter domains, accounts, etc without the browser attempting to spellcheck, capitalize or otherwise alter the input.

Additionally, implementing HTML5 input types would present the proper input keyboard for mobile users making the mobile experience even better.
