Filemanager Mime Types from Apache instead of Linux

Currently, the filemanager displays mimetypes that are processed through the Linux system by /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Fileman/Mime.pm. It would make more sense to display Apache mimes instead, since users can add custom mimetypes in cpanel. This will provide a better overall user experience, and will display more accurate mimetypes.
