File Manager HTML Editor (ckeditor) - add native docprops plugin

As a server administrator/hosting service provider/template coder, I would like cPanel to add/enable docprops plugin, so users can easily modify document properties without accessing raw code.

This is not third party. It enables users to easily and safely edit title, meta tags (keywords, description, encoding, language, author,...) and body style (background color, page margins, ...)

Currently, they must do this via [Source] button and muck around in raw code, risking errors.
