Exim outgoing e-mail filtering

As a WHM server admin, i would like WHM to allow me setup filters/rules to prevent sending out e-mail that match any or just some of the conditions like


- sent from non existing mailbox

- sent from domain not hosted on the server

- containing certain phrase in the subject and or in the body

- X-mailer contains some phrasse

- -aclc _authenticated_local_user match some cpanel username

- e-mail is sent via SMTP not php mail()
