Exclude domain from remote routing with external mx that point to external ip.

As a System Administrator, I would like the ability to whitelist MX server hostnames for the /scripts/checkalldomainsmxs script which would be beneficial for domains that use an external spam filtering service that ultimately routes the mail to the server.

Additional context:

The expected result is that when that script detects a domain using one of the MX records, the MX routing for the domain does not change. If a domain is using such a configuration and the MX routing for the domain is set to remote, this can result in an infinite mail loop in which the domain never actually receives mail. As well as mail sent to other addresses on the same domain generally does not need to go through the external spam filtering.
