End-User Directory Index Priority GUI

First of all, my apologies if this request already exists—any search with relevant keywords returns dozens of results, and I haven't found a request like this.

Basically, right now there is a GUI for directory index priority in WHM (Apache configuration), but no such thing for end users who only have cPanel access. This has annoyed many of our customers, who are afraid to "touch code", even if simple, and especially those who are used to competing panels that offer this feature.

It doesn't really matter how this is implemented behind the scenes, but the .htaccess file (if it exists) should override any settings made in the GUI (IMO).
