Email all users should allow usage of HTML

As a system administrator, I would like the ability to send HTML encoded emails from the “Email All Users” section of WHM, so that I can take advantage of the formatting features HTML allows.

Please consider allowing HTML in e-mails sent to all users / resellers, from WHM.

Sometimes you need to send a notice email, in which we really need the ability to make bold headings etc. In my case im sending out a long e-mail, that looks very unmanageable because i cannot format it.
