Easy was to block mail from new gtld extensions

As a server administrator I would like to easily manage a list of gtld extensions that will be automatically considered spam and blocked from being able to deliver email to my server, in order to reduce the amount of processing and storage my server requires due to spam, which is especially a problem with new gtlds.
