Easier Transfer Tool Settings

As a System Administrator, I would like to have an easier way to control the Transfer Tool settings in order to simplify the process of transferring accounts.

When transferring accounts with the Transfer Tool, permit root logins needs to be allowed. However, the security scanner says to not allow root logins.

When I transfer accounts between servers, I have to manually edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config to allow root logins and then change it back after transferring my account(s) between servers. Then I need to restart sshd

It would be great if the Transfer Tool did this automatically when using it or have a step that allows you to enable/disable it from the Transfer Tool itself.
