DNS Cluster stop users from downloading all domains by changing setting to synchronised.

As a systems administrator, I would like an option for DNS clustering to stop downloading all domains in the cluster on the name servers so that synchronizing on the customer’s server doesn’t allow them to see and edit all of the domains in the entire cluster.

We have 2 DNSONLY servers and we sometimes add a dedicated customers machine to the DNS cluster, so they can use our name servers and control DNS through their own cPanel accounts. They also have WHM root access as they sometimes require this with SSH.

On the DNSONLY name servers we connect the DNS cluster using standalone. On the customers dedicated machine we use Write Only.

If I change that to Synchronise (on the customers machine), they can then go to DNS records in WHM and look at AND edit all the domains in the entire cluster.

I would like cPanel to fix this problem, rather than stopping our customers from being able to use WHM on their own dedicated machine. There should be an option on the name servers to stop the connected cPanel servers from downloading all of the domains in the cluster.
