Disable sending "auto-reply" message for addresses that are filtered through rules or spam assassin

As a server administrator I would like cPanel to avoid triggering an auto-reply for emails that are filtered out of a user's inbox by spam assassin or manually created rules, to avoid extra work being required by the server or by my users, and to avoid the pitfalls of replying (or attempting) to spammers.
