Different MySQL password for the main mysql user

As a server administrator I would like the cPanel user and the correlating MySQL user to have different passwords, to help prevent a successful MySQL brute force attack from immediately allowing access to the cPanel account as well, and I would like the cPanel user to be able to reset the correlating main MySQL user password from the cPanel interface.
